This machine is the tumbler type shot blast, It is used for the cleaning and removing sand, scale, burrs from small casting of common casting iron, casting steel, non-metaric casting, forging products, etc; shot peening and even for deburring plastic products including synthetic rubber. This machine is constructed so simple, easy operated and small installation space, therefore we can get various feature as high cleaning ability, superiority of cleaned surface, reduction of cleaning cast by half.

PLAIN TABLE TYPE SHOT TABLAST "STA-1200"

As the junior model of Swing Table type shot Tablast, Model "STA-1800" and "STA-2300", this machine is designed to clean the work of small and medium size. Effectively.
Wide range of application is being available for flat. Fragile and comparatively heavy items which are not suitable to be cleaned by the tumbler type machine.
After loading the work table turns slowly and the work is blasted effectively by the shot projected form 1 or 2 units of impeller.

KSB Double-Track Suspended Sandblasting Machine
The Double-Track Jet Washer is an upgraded version of its single-track predecessor. It is suitable for the surface finishing work on large workpieces. One major feature of this machine are the two hoists on each side. The workpiece can be hung on the right hoist while the workpiece on the left hoist are inside the machine for sandblasting. When the process is complete, the right hoist will switch places with the left hoist and proceeds into the machine for sandblasting while the left hoist is being used for the hanging processes of the workpiece.

CND Super Tumble Sandblasting Machine
The Super Tumble Sandblasting Machine is for the surface sandblasting of small and medium casting and forging products. The major feature of this machine is that you’ll only need to place the casting or forging workpiece in the feeding funnel and start the machine. The sandblasting process is automated, just put in the workpiece and enter the processing time, press the auto-start button, and this machine will initiate the sandblasting process according to the processing time you entered. The sandblasting impeller in this machine is our own proprietary type K-11 impeller (patent no. I 271268), and its advantages are long service life and high sandblasting efficiency.
