Brief introduction:
This unit is special design for removal of overflowed glue of SMD process, which projecting the abrasives on the work piece via compressed air in order to achieve the purpose of glue overflow and burr.

PLASTIC DEFLASHER
This is optimal automation machine specially designed for handling the burr of the compression and injection formation of thermal hard plastic, bakelite and resin products.

1.	The dust collector is concealed inside the body. Optimal arrangement of operation panel for easy operation, simple maintenance.
2.	The abrasive projected by high speed revolving impeller which capable cleaning of the burr on the surface, hole, recession of the product instantly, and exerting the high cleaning efficiency.
3.	The treated products are lustrous and shinning, for this machine is equipped with automatic atomizer device and blowing device which remove dust and dirt.
